Hi, I’m sure you reflected on the corresponding two questions I shared that can help you find the ‘sweet spot’ that sits in the intersection between what you care about, how you can make an impact, and what will be valued most.

Still taking you to the wonderland of finding your purpose! So, let’s take a look at the remaining two questions that’ll help you find your balance.

Which of your strength add the greatest value? Knowing your greatest strength help you focus on the opportunities, roles, and career paths where you are most likely to succeed and therefore find the greatest sense of accomplishment and contribution.

How do you want to measure your life?

“People who don’t stand for something will fall for almost anything.”

Deciding how you want to measure your life means making a stand for something and then living your life in alignment with it.

Your WHY needs to be big enough so that it gives you the motivation and keeps you hungry for your goal. So instead of jumping to a conclusion on what career path to take, go back a couple of steps and ask yourself- WHY? And after you get the answer, then ask yourself…. WHY? And then WHY? And then WHY?

This won’t only help you see the bigger picture but also from different perspectives too! Only after this, would you want to then focus on getting clarity on WHAT exactly you want to achieve, WHO can help! Who you want to help; WHEN & WHERE do you want it and then get ideas on how you can take action to make it happen!
