Day 322 (Three-Hundred & Twenty-Two) of 365 days
Generally, marriage can be described as a bond or commitment between a man and a woman. This bond is strongly connected with love, tolerance, support, and harmony. Also, creating a family means entering a new stage of social advancement. Marriages help in founding the new relationship between females and males. Also, this is thought to be the highest as well as the most important institution in our society.
Whenever we think about marriage, the first thing that comes to our mind is a long-lasting relationship. Also, for everyone, marriage is one of the most important decisions in their life. Because you are choosing to live your whole life with that one person. Thus, when people decide to get married, they think of having a lovely family, dedicating their life together, and raising their children together. The circle of humankind is like that only.
As it is seen with other experiences as well, the experience of marriage can be successful or unsuccessful. There is no secret to a successful marriage. It is all about finding the person and enjoying all the differences and imperfections, thereby making your life smooth. So, a good marriage is something that is supposed to be created by two loving people. Thus, it does not happen from time to time. Researchers believe that married people are less depressed and happier as compared to unmarried people.
How do you think, could a person survive alone in this world without support? In my view, it is possible. But, describing the life of that person, we can use nothing but grey colours and feelings of despair. Everybody needs somebody. That’s the normality of human beings. Someone feels that support from family members, friends, etc. While others are looking for a loving spouse, to live the life he/she has imagined, some people want to find a secret of a long and loving relationship in marriage. Frankly speaking, there is no secret. A good marriage requires only one single thing – to fall in love many times with the same person, cherishing all the feelings. There is no perfect marriage. It is all about finding your person and enjoying all the imperfections and differences, making your life awesome. A good marriage is something that should be created by two loving people. It is not something that just happens from time to time.
A happy marriage is said to be the combination of respect for each other, open communication, hard work and immense love. However, one should not waive the fact that perfect marriage is not a destination. It is a phenomenon that constantly changes. One needs to learn and adapt to keep the marriage always new and innovative never allowing it to get stale at any point in time or if it contaminates by any means or reason; step out immediately to rectify and refresh it immediately.
People always speak out of the other couples and express themselves as they are made for each other! The fact remains that no two marriages can be compared because each marriage is a fantastic and unique lay of the characters involved and a plot laid down by its characters. This gives the curiosity to a question often thought of which is: ‘is the perfect marriage a myth? If we remember the fact that a marriage is a pious relationship between two ordinary imperfect people. If the people are not perfect, how can we then say that their union is perfect? Yes, I fully agree that there are marriages that ‘seem to be perfect ‘. But don’t forget they are very much in love, never argue, show affection in public, consent with each other on almost everything and do claim that they have a happy married life. Let me strongly utter in words that there is no death of such couples (which is undoubtedly a unique thing) and naturally everyone feels that live in a cocoon of love, Life and laughter, but it is very illogical to say that these people live in a perfect marriage without a dull moment in their life.
We know very well that each marriage has its individual ‘moments’. In each relationship, there ought to be tiring and trying times, while tied down to marriage. Each couple has to undergo tryout intervals and tests in their life which calls for persistence and love for each other. As we know that marriage is not an agenda. Marriage does not have a perfect definition or rule: No, not the one your mother-in-law tries to coerce you to follow or the one your grandmother tries to explain to you.
To cut a long story short, marriage is a huge painting. Millions of colours and brush movements creates a unique love story for each couple. Support, a never-ending portion of love and admiration – these things make a marriage perfect. Remember that a real act of marriage takes place in your heart. Nothing else is important.
