Being diligent and working energetically and devoutly, especially in work that leads to natural and supernatural maturity. It’s not about working to acquire more money, things or status. The virtue of industriousness helps us find self-worth and dignity in our work – whether personal or professional.

The first building block for achieving success is being industrious. It has no parallel in human life. It is a common misconception that when you are lucky you don’t need to be industrious. Whereas, things are otherwise. The hard work beats the talent. It always pays and never goes unrewarded or in vain.

Work is the part and parcel of human life. It is the most important reason for human growth, success and development today.

Hence, it is only with delinquency and devolution, we can accomplish our goals, get success and live happily.

Being industrious is challenging work but why does it have to be challenging work?

Because challenging work, when intelligently chosen, pays off. It is the work that people of lesser character will avoid. If you avoid challenging work, you avoid doing what it takes to succeed. To keep your muscles strong or your mind sharp, you need to keep challenging them.

When you want to get something in life, do your best to go and get it. It is not by sitting down and fantasizing about it, but going out into the world and putting it into action. Anyone can become great and no one is born with a gift for a specific profession.

I believe in the power of an industrious individual as a driving force. Industriousness is the locomotive of our survival and the driving force that has qualified is the top of our food chain over the last years
